Selection of international market: Selection of foreign market is one of the basic and important factors to launch a product for any company, so the choice of mode of entering in a foreign market is another major issue by which now a days international businesses must tussle. As per my interest I am going to choose Bangladesh as a foreign market and UK based company Russell Hobbs ltd. is the host country. I am going to choose Kettle one of the best product of Russell Hobbs ltd. So, to do business in Bangladesh its market environment is more feasible. To justify this comment, I am going to use an analytical process that called PESTLE analysis. It will give us a clear idea that the environment of Bangladesh is feasible or not to do business for Russell Hobbs ltd. Bangladesh has made some development improving the climate for foreign investors and liberalizing the capital markets; for example, it has negotiated with foreign firms for oil and gas exploration, better countrywide supply of cooking gas, and the construction of natural gas pipelines and power stations. Progress on other economic reforms has been halting because of opposition from the system of government, public sector unions, and other vested interest groups. Bangladesh has seen a remarkable increase in  foreign direct investment. A number of  multinational corporations  and local big business houses such as  Beximco,  Square,  Akij Group,  Ispahani,  Navana Group,  Transcom Group,  Habib Group,  KDS Group,  Dragon Group  and multinationals such as  Unocal Corporation  and  Chevron, have already made a major investment, with the natural gas sector being a main concern. With approximately 125 million inhabitants living in an area of 55,813 square miles, there are about 2,240 persons per square mile. The majority of the population (98 percent) is Bengali, with 2 percent belonging to tribal or other non-Bengali groups. Approximately 83 percent of the population is Muslim, 16 percent is Hindu, and 1 percent is Buddhist, Christian, or other. Annual population growth rate is at about 2 percent. Now days in Bangladesh there are a number of good private universities that provides world class education as well. Technology: The need for faster technological development is gradually more felt in Bangladesh. Development plans of Bangladesh have emphasized science and technological research to develop technologies through espousal of imported technology as well as development of aboriginal technologies. As the country is heavily dependent on imported technologies, proper planning is required for its effective transfer through acquisition, absorption and adoption.   Government has been formulated and adopted new science and technology policy. It has laid down the directions for S and T activities and research, institutional and manpower development, dissemination and documentation facilities.   Legal: LEGAL SYSTEM III.C.1. Common Law System The legal system of Bangladesh is based on a common law system. On the other hand, unlike other common law jurisdictions, Bangladeshs Supreme Court has the power to not only construe laws made by the Parliament but to also declare them null and void and enforce fundamental rights of the citizens. Although founded on the English common law system, the laws of Bangladesh take a statutory form which are enacted by the legislature and interpreted by the higher courts. The govt. regulations or the legal condition of Bangladesh is also not a big obstacle at starting new business or to launch new product. But in terms of introducing new consumer product, a company must obtain the approval of BSTI (Bangladesh Standard Testing Institute). So to launch a product the company must obtain BSTI approval. FOREIGN INVESTMENT INCENTIVES IV.A. General Incentives for Foreign Investment The government has been keen in promoting foreign investment and continues in its efforts to attract such investment as a means of alleviating the economy. In addition, the government has liberalised the industrial and investment policies in recent years by reducing interfering control over private investment. Investment Incentives: Tax Exemptions: Generally 5 to 7 years. However, for power generation exemption is allowed for 15 years. Duty: No import duty for export oriented industry. For other industry it is at 5% ad valorem. Tax Law: Double taxation can be avoided in case of foreign investors on the basis of bilateral agreements. Exemption of income tax up to 3 years for the expatriate employees in industries specified in the relevant schedule of Income Tax ordinance. Remittance: Facilities for full repatriation of invested capital, profit and dividend. Exit: An investor can wind up an investment either through a decision of the AGM or EGM. Once a foreign investor completes the formalities to exit the country, he or she can repatriate the sales proceeds after securing proper authorization from the central bank. Place is another important marketing mix tool. And it includes a range of activities that the company undertakes to make the product easy to get to and available to the customer. Some factors that choose the place are transport facilities, channels of distribution, coverage area, etc. Promotion is the last marketing mix tool which includes all the activities that the company undertakes to converse and promote their product to target market. All products offered in a market can be placed between Tangible (Pure Product) and Intangible (Pure Service) range. To develop a marketing plan price is one of the essential variables in the marketing mix model. Pricing is a big part of the marketing mix. Choosing the right price and the right pricing strategy is decisive to the marketing process. The price of the product is not always fixed. On the other hand the price of the product depends on lots of other factors. Some times the price of the product has got nothing to do with the real product itself. A promotional plan can have a large range of objectives, including- sales increases, new product reception, creation of brand equity, positioning, competitive retaliations, or creation of a corporate image. Foreign market entry strategy for Russell Hobbs: To enter any foreign market there are some strategy that should be follow to be successful. After doing the market analysing by using pestle analysis and doing marketing mix strategy I have come to know the market and what will need to capture a new market. Now I am trying to evaluate a market entry strategy for Russell Hobbs to enter Bangladesh Market. My approach to develop a market-entry strategy follows a proven and structured process, based on extensive industry experience and in-depth understanding of all aspects that feed into a commercial launch. To enter a new market they have to analysis the market first. For an individual to be a successful. The author tells us how to achieve success but with very disparate approaches Throughout the book, the author compares both fathers , their principles, ideas, financial practices, and degree of dynamism and how his real father, the poor, struggling but highly educated man, paled against his rich dad in terms of asset building. He compares his poor dad to those people who are perpetually scampering in the Rat Race, helplessly trapped in a vicious cycle of needing more but never able to satisfy their dreams for wealth because of one glaring lack: financial literacy. His rich dad, by contrast, represents the independently wealthy core of society who deliberately takes advantage of the power of corporations and their personal knowledge of tax. The book’s theme reduces to two fundamental concepts: a can-do attitude and fearless entrepreneurship. The fear of losing money is real. Everyone has it. The difference becomes how a rich and poor person handles the fear. Wealthy individuals use failure as a teaching moment and aren’t afraid to fail. Second is Cynicism, This deals mostly with those around you. Follow your own path, because at the end of the day, wealthy individuals are a small percentage who go against the grain and don’t follow the crowd. She was my best friend a long time ago. We had a promise of seeing each other again after 10 years. I’ve remember that she told that she would be a good doctor in a hospital. She always tell me that its her dream to be a doctor. We always spend time with each other saying our ambitions years from now. But years have passed, and life changes. She suddenly told me that she would stop after graduation and her ambition will go to an end because of some family problem. She told that her dream of becoming a doctor has come to an end. But as her best friend I’ve told her not to give up, and pursue her dreams. It must be a trial from god to see her faith and hope for him. And so she started again and start all over. Life is too short, so we must all enjoy what we have. And do even pursue more. â€Å"You’re only poor if you give up. The most important thing is that you did something. Most people only talk and dream of getting rich. You’ve done something. † in life, you must not give up. Every individual experiences a lot of things. Every time you fall, you must stand up. Face the reality. lways keep in mind that f you did something bad or good, you must not give up and not lose hope. Just don’t let it get to the point of hurting someone just for you to have a standard status in life. But as generations have passed, all people are know thinking of how to be rich. Richer in life. â€Å"Winners are not afraid of losing. But losers are. Failure is part of the process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success. † In our generation today, people know are always taking risk on their fortunes, some of them are gabling on their lives just to let their status in life ranked high. Every individuals always think of having competition with each other. They always want to be called the winner in terms of their competition. So know, things have change as times passes by, they are now afraid of losing in any kinds of competition. But in vice versa. Always keep in mind that every failure is a part of every success of every individual in life. â€Å"The love of money is the root of all evil. † The lack of money is the root of all evil. † We all know that the possession of money by a person makes him/her evil. Every individual who loves money. ill suddenly turn to a bad person when he/ she loves money so much that even he is consequently starts to forget all about his/herself and even his/her family loved ones. When it comes to money, people take their own risk in life. Many people strive hard just to save dollars. Always remember money is a form of power. But what is more powerful is financial education. Money comes and goes, but if you have the education about how money works, you would gain power over it and can begin building wealth. if you want something, work for it. We all wanted thengs to satisfy us. If you’re the kind of person who has no guts, you just give up every time life pushes you. If you’re that kind of person, you’ll live all your life playing it safe, doing the right things, saving yourself for something that never happens. Then, you die a boring old man. Life is the best teacher of all. Most of the time life does not talk to you. It’s just that it all pushes you around. Movies that feature characters adapted from novels often change personality traits in order to suit the film’s plot. The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is no exception; Mina Harker and the Invisible Man had drastic changes made to their personality in order to better suit the storyline. Both of them were given traits that starkly contradict their book personas to create more flawed and realistic characters. The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells features Griffin, a scientist who has discovered how to turn himself and other things invisible. The story follows the undoing of Griffin and his fall into notoriety. Wilhelmina â€Å"Mina† Harker is the opposite of Griffin. In Dracula by Bram Stoker she is the dutiful wife to Jonathan Harker, who has†¦show more content†¦This can be attributed to the fact that Rodney Skinner is not the original Invisible Man. Skinner is a petty thief who stole the formula for invisibility and used it on himself. The biggest difference between Griffin and Skinner is their response to setbacks. In The Invisible Man Griffin has a terrible temper. When things don’t go his way he lashes out or injures those who try to stop him. Skinner, on the other hand, has a very calm demeanor. After finding out that the League had been betrayed he didn’t lash out; in fact he took that as an opportunity to prove himself as useful to the team. This differenc e is caused by Griffin and Skinner’s motivations. At first Skinner used his invisibility as a way to become a better thief. Despite his primary intentions, Skinner began to use his invisibility for the greater good. Griffin however, wanted to use invisibility to gain recognition. It was ironic how he turned himself invisible so people would begin to notice him. Griffin’s selfish behavior is made clear throughout The Invisible Man, especially towards the end. Griffin uses a man named Mr. Marvel as a pawn and puts the old man in danger in order to protect himself. We also find out that his selfish behavior started long before he became invisible. We see Griffin tell Kemp about how he stole money from his father to further his scientific investigations. This is opposite to Skinner’s self-sacrificing behavior in the

He romanticizes it, saying that suicide is the brave and courageous option akin to â€Å"[taking] armsâ €  against troubles. However, he can’t commit to the idea of death, saying â€Å"To sleep, perchance to dream: ay, there’s the rub / For in that sleep of death what dreams may come† (III, i, 66-67). He craves death, which would allow him to escape all the â€Å"natural shock / that flesh is heir to† (III, i, 63-64) but the more he ponders it, the further he is from reaching a decision.
